Connected Services Vehicle at Optus Vision

The conference was attended by over 2,000 representatives from Australian businesses. ‘Creating a Business that Customers Love’ was this year’s Optus Vision theme. ng Connect was proud to showcase its Connected Service Vehicle concept as a demonstration of capabilities the Optus Mobile network can enable to improve the customer experiences of businesses with a large field operation such as utilities, telecoms, local government, retail and public safety. Features of the Connected Service Vehicle demonstrated at Optus Vision included real time inventory management systems, driver performance monitoring, route optimisation, field force training applications and remote healthcare applications.
