ng Connect Program members span a wide range of industries and markets, with the common goal of working together to quickly and efficiently deliver large-scale and successful deployments of next generation services. Our members have proven their leadership in a specific market or industry segment and include innovators in infrastructure, devices, applications and content—the entire ecosystem that a service provider requires for successful deployment of new technologies that lead to the next generation of user experiences.
We are not hampered by a hierarchical structure; rather, all members are equal participants. Program management is guided by the ng Connect Program Advisory Council, in which all members have a seat.
Chaired by Alcatel-Lucent, the Advisory Council has the following responsibilities:
- Align and coordinate the efforts of individual members
- Develop shared goals and objectives
- Prioritize available resources and set milestones
- Establish subgroups (Sales, Marketing, etc.)
Provide a forum for open communication among members
